Right now not a lot of details are known about the cast of the new Star Wars movie. However, we do have some details about the crew that will be working on the project. It was confirmed not long ago that J.J. Abrams will be the one responsible for the production of the movie. Recently, he told the British magazine Empire that he is a bit uneasy about the whole thing. He is a long-time Star Wars fan and it currently afraid whether or not he will be able to stay objective enough during the creating of the new movie.
The report also states that he has joined forces with scribe Michael Arndt and that they will be doing their best to work on the new plot and screenplay together. Considering that Abrams has done a great job with Star Trek and brought the series back to life, a lot of people are optimistic about his new role.
He admits that George Lucas has always inspired him and that Star Wars is series that has a special place inside his heart. In a recent interview, Harrison Ford also gave his support to the new producer and states that he had a positive experience working with him in the past. He has not, however, commented whether or not he will be a part of the new movie once again as Han Solo.
Fans are also hopping that they will see Mark Hamill back as Luke Skywalker, Carrie Fisher as Leia Solo and Anthony Daniels as C-3PO. Of course none of this information has been confirmed by neither the actors themselves nor producer Abrams.
