Kevin Smith visits Star Wars 7 Set; Leaves in Tears

Clerks director and long-time Star Wars fans Kevin Smith visited the Star Wars Episode 7 set today and it seems that the experience was quite moving. Namely, he left the set in tears (of joy) saying that "the Force is with this movie". He posted a photo of himself in this emotional state via Instagram and you can see it bellow:

Star Wars Episode 7 Screenplay Will be Written by Michael Arndt

Recently I learned that Michael Arndt will be responsible for writing the screenplay for the new Star Wars movie which still doesn't stick very well with me. There are so many talented people that Disney/Lucasfilm could choose from yet they chose Michael Arndt. Now, if you don't know who he is then your reaction so far hasn't really been dramatic, yet is seems like I dislike the guy's guts. Why is this so? Well, I have no love for him this is true, but he isn't a very reputable screenwriter. He has two notable rewards, one for the movie Little Miss Sunshine and the other for Toy Story 3. Oh, but hold the applause it gets better!

Harrison Ford VS Chewbacca on The Jimmy Kimmel Live Show

Harrison Ford has been getting a lot of attention lately due his refusing to talk about the Star Wars Episode 7 movie. You see, he flat out refuses to talk about his predictions about the new trilogy and he doesn't wish to tell us whether or not he will once again be playing the role of Han Solo. This is, however, his right, but western media isn't exactly well-known for respecting the wishes and privacy of famous actors. However, it appears that Ford has figured things out and instead of being harassed, he is just going with the flow and having some good time! Just have a look at this video:

Star Wars Episode VII: Return of the Empire (Parody)

Disney and Star Wars are two things that do not really go together as most people will tell you. Yet here we are waiting for Star Wars Episode 7 which will be created by Disney who hired J.J. Abrams to gather the team and get working on it. Internet memes have made fun of the new movie already, but the following video is probably the highlight of all the jokes and cynicism surrounding the new movie. So, let us look at a parody one fan has done and dubbed it: Star Wars VII, RETURN OF THE EMPIRE.

Sam Macaroni did an amazing job at blending the Star Wars movies along with a lot of Disney characters and references. As such as you can see Darth Vader as Mickey Mouse, a new droid which actually Wall-E and a lot of other funny things. Kudos to the author!
